📝 Bags GST Reform 2025 – Introduction
2025 GST reform ने बैग्स की category को साफ और simple कर दिया है।
पहले अलग-अलग material और design के हिसाब से bags पर अलग GST slabs थे – कहीं 28%, कहीं 12%, कहीं 18%। इससे retailers और customers दोनों को confusion रहता था।
अब नया rule:
- 🎒 School & College bags → 18%
- 💼 Suitcases & briefcases → 18%
- 👜 Ladies handbags & purses (leather, textile, plastic) → 18%
- 🧵 Cotton & 🌿 Jute handbags → 5%
- 📄 Paper bags (eco-friendly) → 0%
- 👛 Wallets & pouches → 18%
