FDN stands for Fixed Dialing Number. It is a SIM-based security feature that restricts outgoing calls. When enabled, your phone can only dial numbers saved in the FDN List, while all other numbers are blocked.

4️⃣ Test by calling an allowed and a blocked number.
5️⃣ To disable/edit, turn off FDN or update the list (requires PIN2).
